Here we are in 2020, I hope that 2019 was good to you and if not remember that you dealt with that and you can deal with anything else coming your way!
This is the time of year where people set their resolutions and usually there are a few new year new me posts. But this year I decided that instead of making resolutions, I would set intentions.
If you have read “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne you will know what the Law of Attraction is. For those who haven’t it is the theory that we attract what we put out into the universe. And that we are able to use this LOA to our advantage, by setting intentions (and putting them on a vision board) and by showing daily gratitude.
In my next post I will share some of my intentions with you, my goals for the year and answer any questions you have about LOA or the best way to set intentions.
